CLIENT RELATION POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY
If for any reason a client needs to re-schedule an appointment and wishes to avoid paying the no-show fee, please call Mobile Lubers LLC at 554-2567 at least 4 hours before the appointment. If the call was made at least 4 hours before the appointment and we have not headed to your location, NO FEE WILL BE CHARGED.

CLIENT NO-SHOW POLICY
In an effort to provide the most convenient service to our customers Mobile Lubers LLC does not require a deposit prior to service. However, a credit card number is required when scheduling service.

If the client is not on location at the specified time and has not cancelled the service appointment at least 4 hours ahead of time, a $25.00 no-show fee will be charged to the credit card in file.

PARTS POLICY
Most service shops charge two times retail for the parts they install. We do not believe in this practice (why should you pay twice retail for a part).

We charge the consumer for the parts as follows:

In order to cover our inventory costs we charge approximately 50% + wholesale for any part that we maintain in our inventory. If we do not maintain the part in inventory we charge approximately 25% + wholesale for the item. As we are mobile this covers our cost to drive and pick up the parts. We strive to keep our prices to the customer around what you would pay retail at an auto parts store.

If a client wishes to provide his or her own parts we will install them but we do not provide any warranty on parts or labor. If the customer is supposed to provide parts and does not or provides the wrong part a $25.00 NO-SHOW FEE will be charged. 

If, in the course of an oil change, we do find additional service is needed and we do not have the parts on hand, we will do our best to schedule a new appointment and return in a timely manner. Please bear with us during this process, as in an effort to provide low pricing, we will schedule your vehicle the next time we are in your area.
